Back to Basics: Farm to Fork Dinners

What could be better than enjoying a fresh meal outside under an open sky? Restaurant goers across the country are discovering Farm Dinners as a way to enjoy locally-sourced dishes in a relaxed, outdoor environment. These types of dinners are especially popular in the spring and summer, when guests want to break out of being indoors and eat in the great outdoors instead!

Many restaurants waste tons of time and money purchasing food from outside vendors, often from out of state, to use in their dishes. Having an onsite farm eliminates the need to source ingredients from various different vendors, allowing restaurants to really utilize a grassroots method of cultivating its menu from the ground up. The result is food that is as fresh as it gets!
