Our Chef will be cooking up four delectable, savory dishes using Ruffoni Copper core cookware. Our mouths are watering already for his recipes for Pork Bolognese, Braised Beef Short Rib, Seared Faroe Island Salmon, and (for dessert!) his Pear and Black Currant Bread Pudding. Chef Trickilo will bring members of his team to assist him and send you away with some valuable tricks of the trade and goodies to take home!
