Farm-to-Fork Event at Snug Harbor

What could be better than enjoying fresh, local ingredients at a beautiful venue? What if we mentioned that included sampling delicious dishes from top celebrity chefs in the area?

Well, next week, you’re in luck! On Tuesday, October 14th, Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden in Staten Island, NY, will be hosting a special Farm-to-Fork Tasting Event from 6-9pm. The event will feature a four-course tasting in the Upper Great Hall with four delicious courses of appetizers, specialty entrees and desserts. Each dish contains fresh ingredients straight from Heritage Farm!

Headlining chefs include Silva Popaz of Stapleton’s Vida Restaurant and James Carrozza of New Dorp, as well as our own Nick Paller of Celebrate at Snug Harbor and others from famed Brooklyn eateries.
