What could be better than learning how to create delicious dishes from your favorite restaurant and snagging a bunch of goodies and giveaways? Not much! Last week, shoppers at the Bloomingdale’s department store in the Shoppes at Riverside Mall in Hackensack, NJ were treated to a special cooking demonstration by Liberty House Executive Chef Ken Trickilo and learned all the benefits of using Ruffoni Italian cookware.
Chef whipped up three dishes, including Pasta with Pork Bolognese, Braised Beef Short Rib and Seared Faroe Island Salmon. For dessert, Chef Ken showed guests how to make his mouth-watering caramelized pear and black currant bread pudding recipe. Delish!
