Thanksgiving Cooking Class: Liberty House Style

With Thanksgiving right around the corner at the end of the month, you may be starting to wonder which Thankgiving dishes you should whip up this year. Everyone loves the classic favorites, like a beautifully roasted turkey or home-made stuffing. But how can you take these traditional dishes to the next level to really wow your guests?

Well, consider yourself lucky if you’re free on Saturday, November 15th: Executive Chef Kenny of Liberty House Restaurant in Jersey City will be hosting a special Thanksgiving cooking class at the Bloomingdale’s at the Shops at Riverside Mall from 12-2pm! Using quality Ruffoni cookware, Chef Ken will be whipping up four delicious dishes: Parsnip and Pink Peppercorn Puree, Pear, Wild Mushroom and Sage Stuffing, Cranberry and Apricot Chutney and savory Butternut Squash and Sherry Wine Soup. We’re getting hungry already just thinking about these scrumptious recipes!
