Learning to Fly

Learning to Fly is the perfect balance: it’s sweet, with Busted Barrel Silver Rum, Apple Liquor and Cherry Herring. But it also has an unforgettable zing with fresh lemon and Douglas Fir.

Marla Singer

The Marla Singer, served with a lemon peel in a highball glass, is a concoction of Sauza Tequila, Illegal Mezcal, and Pimms #1. Pimms #1 is based on gin, helping to balance out the strong flavors of the tequila. This drink is certainly not for the faint of heart!

King of the North

If you’re looking for a sweet, yet light cocktail, the King of the North is it. With Reyka Icelandic Vodka, Crème De Viollette (to give it that awesome purple color), White Port and Lime, we may just have to keep this drink on the menu into the spring… it’s that popular!
