Everyone here at Landmark Hospitality is anxiously awaiting our first Liberty House Wine Dinner of the year! On Thursday, March 19th, Executive Chef Ken Trickilo and his team at Liberty House will be hosting their Napa Valley wine dinner beginning in the restaurant at 7pm. Guests will enjoy a five-course dinner complete with delicious wine pairings and an Amuse Bouche to begin the night.
We took a sneak peek of the menu and already are excited to try all of the courses Chef Ken is preparing! Our favorites include the Warm Lobster Salad, served with mache lettuce, juicy blood oranges, watermelon radish and house-made citrus vinaigrette. We’re also hearing great things about dessert, which is a Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake made with white, semi sweet & dark chocolate mousse, vanilla genoise and drizzled with blackberry sauce. So delish!
