Have you heard about our annual Mac n’ Cheese March Madness yet at Liberty House Restaurant and Stone House at Stirling Ridge? Our chefs are whipping up delicious mac n’ cheese favorites all month long, and are serving a different mac n’ cheese every day of the week!
To kick off this month-long festivity of gooey cheesiness, Chef Kenny of Liberty House and Chef Jerry of Stone House at serving up their specialty, Lobster Mac n’ Cheese this week. Made with decadent Mascarpone cheese and a smidgen of cognac, this dish is certainly a treat not to be missed! Other popular favorites this week include Braised Beef Short Ribs with Cremini Mushrooms and Smoked Mozzerella and another with Asparagus, Cheddar and Gruyere Cheese (pictured below).
