Have you been to the Duck Bar at The Ryland Inn lately? If you haven’t, now is a great time to go back! Executive Chef Craig Polignano and his team have just unveiled a delicious new menu at the Duck Bar, featuring succulent snacks and entrees for a laid back night out.
For starters, we are loving Chef Craig’s House-Made Hot Dogs, served on freshly baked pretzel rolls and dijon mustard. The hot dogs are super fresh and have a flavorful kick, making them a great choice to enjoy while you unwind with a drink at the bar. If you’re feeling a bit more on the hungry side, we recommend the Fried Griggstown Chicken, served with fingerling potatoes, fresh broccoli rabe and buttermilk. The chicken is perfectly crispy and tender with every bite. Another favorite is Chef’s unique take on Braised Beef Shortrib. Made with peanuts, kimchi and a side of bamboo rice, this dish is certainly a must-try on the new menu!
